• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

• Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel anytime to avoid future charges. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Prices, features, and limits may change with reasonable notice.
• Lifetime purchases grant ongoing access to lifetime features as described at the time of purchase.

• Do not attempt to access or interfere with our systems without authorization.
• Do not use Tymtrack to break the law or infringe on the rights of others.
• Do not upload malicious code or attempt to degrade the service.
• Respect usage limits and the advertised plan tiers.

Free tiers may include in-app ads or promotional content. We may also send product announcements and onboarding emails. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

Tymtrack, its branding, and related assets are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

We aim to keep Tymtrack available and reliable. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service.

Tymtrack is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tymtrack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or revenues arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here with the effective date.
