• Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not typically provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

If you purchase the lifetime plan and are unhappy, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and honor any statutory refund rights that apply in your region.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact support before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly.
